Pick up sampling instructions (English, Spanish, or Creole) from the FDOH Environmental Laboratory in West Palm Beach, collect your own potable well water sample, and drop it off at the lab Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lab staff can also collect the sample on request for an added fee.
