Lead Service Line Replacement Program
The utility does the work
Pays: 100% of the cost of replacing a private lead or galvanized steel line, including restoring the yard.
Who qualifies: Child care facilities, homes on water main projects, lines that leak or test high for lead, and homes in targeted areas.
Who does the work: GCWW's own staff and contractors do the work.
