Lead Service Line Replacement Program
The utility does the work
Pays: Replacement of the lead line when crews are on your block, paid from $90 million in state and federal funds. A free filter if your tap water tests above 12 parts per billion of lead.
Who qualifies: Homes on blocks where DWSD is doing water main or lead line work, with the owner's or occupant's permission.
Who does the work: DWSD's crews do the work.
