The utility does the work
Pays: A 0% interest loan for replacing a private lead service line, paid back over 60 months.
Who qualifies: Residential properties of up to 4 units with a current water bill and a working meter.
Who does the work: PWD inspects and gives the estimate before repairs are scheduled.
