Complete the DWSD Lead and Copper Sample Request Form online, or print and mail it, to request testing. A DWSD representative drops off a sample bottle and instructions, you collect the tap water sample, and a representative picks it up and returns results in 30 to 45 days.
Who can use it: Homes with a lead service line, homes where a child has tested positive for an elevated blood lead level, or homes where DWSD is replacing a lead service line
